QuotationAgree included review, external testing, optional work, payment and cancellation terms, plus the proposed schedule.
Certification ReviewThe TrustLab review team performs technical review against the agreed scope and criteria and makes the final certification decision. For agreed testing, TrustLab submits samples to third-party laboratories, which provide reports.

Your proposal confirms the estimated response and review schedule, start conditions and required evidence. External testing and requests for additional documents can affect timing; any priority scheduling is confirmed for the relevant stage in writing.
