Terms of Use
These terms cover information published on this website and in public reports. Project-specific obligations are set out in the applicable proposal and agreement.
No Government Approval or Market Authorization
TrustLab certification is voluntary third-party certification. It does not constitute government approval, regulatory registration, import clearance, market authorization or a guarantee of future batches. A listed target market does not imply that every local requirement has been assessed.
Public Records and Samples
Check the product, versions, current Certification Status and stated validity in the public report. A saved PDF or image can become out of date. Sample Certification Records illustrate presentation and must not be used as evidence that a real product or customer is certified.
TLCHECK and Public Communication
TLCHECK may be used on certified product packaging and for approved e-commerce, advertising and retailer communication. Use is limited to the certified SKU, product and label versions, valid Certification Status and conditions stated in TrustLab's written approval. It does not certify an entire brand or imply government endorsement.
Do not present expired, suspended, withdrawn or superseded certification as current. Confirm coverage for material changes and any additional product or batch before relying on an earlier report.
