Optional Specialist Services
Specialist services are selected and quoted separately. The proposal identifies the product, reviewer and agreed questions.
Nutritionist Label ReviewProfessional review of nutrition labeling and product information.
An external dietitian reviewer interprets nutrition information and reviews the nutrition panel, serving information and selected label statements against the product information and supporting evidence. The proposal identifies the reviewer and agreed scope. This optional service is separate from basic label-document consistency checks. The optional dietitian service provides review comments, revision recommendations and signed documentation appended to the final report.
Claim Evidence ReviewSpecialist review of selected product claims.
Nutrition and health claims for food or supplements are reviewed by an external dietitian reviewer within the agreed scope. Cosmetic performance and child-use claims require reviewers relevant to those subjects. Evidence must match the finished product, use conditions and exact wording; an ingredient finding alone does not establish efficacy. The optional dietitian service provides review comments, revision recommendations and signed documentation appended to the final report. Specialist review does not guarantee certification.
Functional Ingredient VerificationSelected functional ingredients checked against label declarations.
Measured amounts of selected functional or marker ingredients are compared with the label declarations. The agreed scope identifies the finished product or batch, ingredients and supporting evidence.
Nutrient VerificationAnalytical evidence for selected declared nutrients.
Analytical evidence is reviewed for selected nutrients, such as protein, fat, sugars, sodium, vitamins or minerals. Laboratory analysis and Nutritionist Label Review are separate services with separately agreed scopes.
Meet our external dietitian reviewers. Their scope covers nutrition information and benefit claims for foods and supplements.
Targeted Ingredient ScreeningSelected prohibited substances, adulterants or impurities.
The proposal defines the substances, methods and reporting limits for the identified product risks. A targeted screening panel cannot rule out every possible substance. Evidence needed to address a safety concern remains required.
Allergen Testing & Claim ReviewSelected allergens, cross-contact risks and specific claims.
The review addresses specified allergens, cross-contact risks and supporting test results or controls. Any claim that an allergen is absent requires suitable evidence. Declining optional work does not waive necessary safety or labeling evidence.
Extended Stability ReviewAdditional evidence of nutrient, ingredient or quality stability.
Additional stability data are reviewed for the agreed components and storage conditions. Evidence needed to support the product's stated shelf life remains a requirement, not an optional upgrade.
Laboratory Testing CoordinationCoordination of additional external testing, where agreed.
Reviewing an existing report is distinct from commissioning new testing. For agreed new testing, TrustLab submits samples to third-party laboratories, which provide test reports. The proposal defines any external laboratory work, sample arrangements, responsibilities and additional fees.
Batch VerificationEvidence and traceability for specified additional batches.
Testing and traceability records are reviewed for the additional batches identified in the agreed scope. A later batch is not automatically covered by an earlier report.
Market ReviewSelected market requirements and product documents.
The review addresses only the market, questions and documents identified in the proposal. It does not constitute government approval, import clearance or market authorization.
Sales Trust KitApproved certification information for commercial materials.
Your proposal identifies the selected materials, formats, languages, revisions and approval arrangements. Communication must remain within the approved certification scope.
Priority ReviewAgreed scheduling priority without changing review criteria.
The proposal confirms availability, the relevant stage, estimated timing and fee. Priority scheduling does not reduce evidence requirements or guarantee certification.
Nutritionist Label Review is optional. Basic Label Accuracy checks document consistency only. Claims already made on the product still require supporting evidence or revision before approval.

Your Proposal
Scope & Pricing
Category, SKUs, product versions, markets and available evidence determine the quotation. New laboratory testing, specialist services and additional batches are identified separately.
Standard validity is 12 months unless the report states otherwise, subject to product changes and Certification Status. Coverage is limited to the products and versions identified in the report.
Fees and Quotation Checklist
Your itemized quotation and agreement define the following before work is authorized.
- Core review: the product versions and SKUs covered, included document review and agreed certification deliverables if approved.
- Additional work: risk-triggered evidence review, new laboratory work, shipping or sampling, requested specialist services and any coordination fees; identify who contracts with and pays each provider.
- Payment and changes: currency, applicable taxes, payment stages and when a revised quotation is required for extra SKUs, new evidence, further review or scope changes.
- Unsuccessful or withdrawn applications: work already performed, any remaining work and the applicable cancellation or refund terms. Payment does not guarantee certification.
- Later work: renewal, batch updates, product changes and Sales Trust Kit work must have a stated scope and fee arrangement.
Scheduling and Review Readiness
Your proposal confirms the estimated response and review schedule, start conditions and required evidence. External testing and requests for additional documents can affect timing; any priority scheduling is confirmed for the relevant stage in writing.
Approval, Use and Subsequent Changes
TLCHECK may be used on certified product packaging and for approved e-commerce, advertising and retailer communication. Use is limited to the certified SKU, product and label versions, valid Certification Status and conditions stated in TrustLab's written approval. It does not certify an entire brand or imply government endorsement.
Confirm coverage for changes to formula, supplier, manufacturer, label, claims, age range or batches. Renewal, reinstatement and packaging transitions require written confirmation. Suspended, withdrawn or expired certification must not be promoted as active.
