TLCHECK use is limited to the product, artwork, channels and period expressly approved in writing by TrustLab.
TLCHECK may be used on certified product packaging and for approved e-commerce, advertising and retailer communication. Use is limited to the certified SKU, product and label versions, valid Certification Status and conditions stated in TrustLab's written approval. It does not certify an entire brand or imply government endorsement.
Apply TLCHECK within the certified SKU, product and label versions, valid status and written use conditions.
Do not imply government approval, regulatory registration, medical efficacy, disease treatment, retailer endorsement or certification of another product. Do not edit the artwork or remove scope qualifications beyond the written permission.
Do not promote an expired, suspended or withdrawn certification as active. Before using TLCHECK for a changed product, formula, label, claim, supplier, manufacturer or additional batch, confirm whether existing approval still covers that use. A superseded record should not be presented as the current report.
Confirm replacement artwork and the treatment of existing packaging stock under the applicable written authorization. TLCHECK permission and any transition period must be expressly covered by that agreement.
