Product Coverage
What one certification covers.
One certification applies to one reviewed product SKU, formula and label version unless otherwise stated in the certification report.
Standard certification validity is 12 months unless the report states otherwise, subject to product changes and Certification Status. Renewal and extended coverage require confirmation.
Confirm continued coverage before relying on certification after changes to formula, manufacturer, key supplier, product label, directions, age range, claims or batches. Suspended, withdrawn or expired certification must not be promoted as active.

Sales Trust Kit Proposal Checklist
Your proposal defines the deliverables and permissions for the selected communication tasks.
- Selected deliverables and whether TrustLab prepares new content, designs assets or reviews applicant-supplied materials.
- File formats, quantities, dimensions, languages, supplied source materials and any editable-file requirements.
- Included revision allowance, review responsibilities, final approval and how additional changes are quoted.
- Permitted TLCHECK artwork, product scope, channels and duration; required report links or explanatory limits.
- Fees, schedule, delivery and acceptance arrangements. Commercial outcomes and retailer decisions remain outside the certification scope.
Approved uses include certified product packaging, e-commerce, advertising and retailer communications, subject to the SKU, product version, Certification Status and conditions specified in TrustLab's written approval.
TLCHECK is the sole approved packaging mark. Use requires written approval for the certified product and permitted channels.
