Consumers, channels, third parties and applicant brands can contact TrustLab about certificate use, badge misuse or certification decisions.

Complaints

Reports may include incorrect certificate use, badge misuse, product mismatch, expired certification use or misleading marketing references.

Applicant brands may request review of a certification decision through the procedure provided by TrustLab Cert.

Send complaint or appeal details to contact@trustlabcert.com with product name, brand, certificate number and supporting information.
